1968 Moto Guzzi Ambassador

The Moto Guzzi is a 1968 V7. 1968 was the first year that the bike was imported into the US. I contacted Moto Guzzi experts with the VIN to confirm the year and the legitimacy of it being a first year into the states bike. All that checked out. The bike came from an old dairy farm in Wisconsin about 19 years ago. The owner at the time had possessed the bike for as long as he could remember. Cleaned her up a bit, and away she went. The wiring harness was shot, and it has been completely rewired from front to back. No existing original wires...all new stuff. The front end has progressive shocks in it. Very nice. The rest of the bike is as close to what a V7 was. This is a 2 owner bike, and the mileage is correct. #2240 Call for Pricing
1968 Harley Davidson FLH

The FLH came from the original purchaser in western Montana. He had the smith gauges put on, as well as the rear set oil cooler before he brought it home from the dealer. In 1974 he parked the bike in the fall. Sold his cattle over the winter and started trucking. 35 years later, I found it. It was in the same spot in his barn, with 1974 plates on it. To get it running, I cleaned and lined the tanks, replaced all the oil and fuel lines, replaced the tubes, tires, chain and sprockets. Rebuilt the carb, put a battery in it. To enhance the ride, progressive shocks were installed front and rear....made a huge difference in the ride.
I replaced the bulbs and misc. parts on the bike....but never have opened the engine.....its never been open. I put a new primary chain as well as replaced the clutch as it was badly rusted. That's it. This is a last year generator motor from Harley Davidson. It is a completely unrestored barn find original that can be started and ridden. It was as fun as it gets. 1969 was the end of an era. In 1970, Harley Davidson was sold to AMF, and the cone motor was introduced. This bike is often referred to as a pan-shovel. It is a marvelous look into our past #2267 Call for Pricing
